Students in the WINGS Program (Women Initiating and Nurturing Growth through Scholarships) have the opportunity to be paired with women executives and entrepreneurs as mentors. The students are all over the age of 25 and are attending college or university as a way to improve their lives. Their mentors, as part of a networking group called Women Executives, provide professional and personal advice and work to motivate and support the students. The powerful connections and relationships made through the mentoring program empower and encourage these non-traditional students to reach their highest potential.
