Traditional social standards dictate that women must marry and have children in order to find fulfillment in life. In today’s world, weddings are often taking place later in life, if they take place at all, and many of them end in divorce. More women are choosing to not have children at all and instead focus on their careers. Instead of schools and societies trying to mold women into a socially acceptable form, we should focus on educating them and boosting their confidence. These young women will create their own social constructs in the future.
