Juggling the responsibilities of work and family can leave little room for personal time.Try to organize everyday tasks the night before so you’re not searching for homework and rushing to find clothes and breakfast for the kids every morning. Put important dates on the calendar, designate a spot for keys, and have kids get their backpacks ready before bed. Split household chores with your spouse and kids. Build a strong support network that can help out in a pinch with your children. Limit children’s extracurricular activities, and try cooking ahead on the weekends to save time cooking dinner. Finally, schedule date time for you and your spouse and take time for yourself to exercise and relax.
