The challenges of the digital revolution for very senior decision-makers was discussed, and the importance of organizational leaders having a strong understanding of digital media was emphasized. Maintaining the exclusivity of a luxury brand when it’s so widely available was also a topic. “For high end, luxury, where it’s all about scarcity and more precious experience, it becomes a big issue,” says Wendy Leibmann, CEO of WSL Strategic Retail.
